I’m Mathew Cornell — Certified Personal Trainer & Owner of Phat Monkey Fitness. I’ve studied and applied fitness practices for 40+ years. And now, I’m here to guide you on your wellness journey. 

As a parent, avid Alaska outdoor enthusiast, office worker, former Division 1 scholarship athlete and high school coach, I understand the challenges of finding time and motivation for exercise at every level. But I also know how to overcome these constraints. Whether you're a busy professional, corporate leader, high school athlete, or aging athlete, my goal is to empower you to become a lifelong athlete.
